About the role

Experienced Enterprise Business Systems professional. Oversees work associated with digital business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Testing Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Supervise the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of various ERP business systems and databases.
• Work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and propose Digital solutions.
• Provide supervision around configurating, developing, testing, and deploying new and existing systems for optimal use.
• Supervise trainings on systems for relevant end users.
• Supervise sales force effectiveness digital initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Advanced English level (written & spoken).
• University Degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience OR a postgraduate degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.
• Previous relevant experience in Test Management Softwares (i.e. Xray, JIRA).
• Previous relevant experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERPs).
• Previous relevant experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & System Integration Testing (SIT).

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems to make enhancements within job area.
• Experience participating in global projects.
• Test automation experience.
• Project Management OR Agile certification.
• Highly preferred SAP ECC and/or S4HC.
