GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Global Services & Delivery Team will impact the "Employee Experience" by ensuring that every interaction with employees across all our global sites is consistent and authentic
• The HRIS Specialist is a self-motivated individual who will contribute to major HRIS projects
• The HRIS Specialist is also responsible of supporting HRIS platforms and working with key stake holders to define and improve business rules, procedures, and best practices.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the supervision of HR Technology Mexico Coordinator:
• Understand client requirements for reports creation and/or process automation using HR Systems.
• Coordinates, schedules, and tracks progress of specialized HR system projects.
• Acts as primary contact for assigned new projects with outside organizations or other departments.
• Act as a primary contact between Human Resources, Information Technology, Benefits, and Payroll to support HR projects.
• Handle new configuration & other requirements related to HR systems.
• Strong understanding of Payroll issues and their resolution.
• Partner with HR Systems Administrator for any SuccessFactors-related tests.
• Participate with HR Systems Administrator for any governance related to Payroll issues resolution.
• Actively participate in the project prioritization according to business requirements, resources, and system capacities.
• Support other functions as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Administration or related.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR Systems (Success Factors, Payroll Systems, HR Kiosk).
• Project management experience.
• Translate business requirement into technical specifications.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Strong communication skills.
• Naturally tech savvy, Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, customer service.
• Ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
