YOUR ROLE

As a Manufacturing Supervisor on our team, you'll responsible to the manufacturing management or general manufacturing supervisor for production control and compliance, human resource management and materials

In your daily job you will:

• Compliance with the daily production schedule and compliance with the quality, environmental, and manufacturing systems.
• Management of human and material resources in the manufacturing area.
• Compliance with SQDIP performance.
• Comply with regular production service orders and monitor the operating system.
• Coordinate the implementation of continuous improvement.
• Participate with assigned multidisciplinary teams.
• Promote a pleasant and safe work environment.
• Development of staff under their supervision.
