We are looking for a new colleague within the Quality Management team in Ciudad Juarez.
Requirements:
Engineering degree
+3 years of experience in quality management
+3 years of experience in the automotive industry
Advanced English language skills
Tasks:
Management and alignment of the assigned (sub) project team with the (sub) project target achievement
Processing of defined work packages in the subproject
Pointing out deviations from time schedule and requirement specification
Requesting resources and appointing people responsible for work packages in the extended team
Create and communicate the subproject status report to the project manager and the line supervisor (reporting)
Communicate with the customer in coordination with the project manager and the project team
Ongoing coordination of work contents and resource availability with the line and other core team members
Multidisciplinary coordination of project contents
Developing options and decision recommendations for problem solving together with the extended team
Communicating change requests and coordinating change management in the subproject
Participation in core team meetings (and further project meetings/committees)
Representation of technical (expert) department matters in the core team, as well as regarding Customers and line organization/mandate for technical (expert) department
Responsibilities:
Adherence to project budget, deadlines, investments, quality, requirement specification specifications, and product cost targets for each subproject
Information obligation toward project team, project manager, Quality management and line superior in the event of project deviations
Joint active and forward-looking approach to achieving the project objectives
Execution of problem-solving process to ensure project targets
Responsible for achieving targets of the subproject quality
Complying with the requirements of the gate checklist
Initiation of decisions and releases for each sub-project, escalation to the project team if necessary (additional: in line)
Creating transparency about the current subproject status
Ensuring complete/auditable documentation
Ensuring continuous information for all people involved in the project as well as line superiors
Participation in the project team and other project meetings/committees
Ensuring properly functioning rules for representatives
Ensure allocation within the represented area in line with the cause as a basis for cross-functional control according to times and costs
Carry out risk management within the subproject
