Position Objective:

Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the production team in the manufacturing of rubber seals for the automotive industry, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, always prioritizing a safe work environment.
• Lead and coordinate the production team, providing guidance and coaching to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Plan and schedule production activities using SAP, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Oversee the manufacturing of sealing products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Monitor and verify production output according to process specifications, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the production area.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• You have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
• You possess profound knowledge of various manufacturing processes, machinery, and tools.
• You are familiar with GMPs and quality programs, ensuring compliance at all levels.
• You have practical experience with SAP and MS Office, and strong organizational and leadership skills.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven approach.
• You are self-motivated and an efficient problem solver, able to manage stress and meet deadlines.
• You hold a high school diploma; additional technical qualifications in food manufacturing or chemistry are a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency English is a MUST.
