Laerdal Medical Monterrey, is an industrial manufacturing company of Norwegian origin that is dedicated to the Manufacturing of First Aid Simulators for Medical Training, we are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to our factory located in Guadalupe, Nuevo León.

Job Requirements:

• Concluded Bachelor's Degree (Engineering)
• Advanced English (conversational)
• At least 2 years of experience as production responsible in manufacturing companies

Responsibilities:

• Make sure to work in the shortlists Items and complete the 100% per week.
• Take control and follow-up of the production plans.
• Monitor and maintain productivity in the Subassembly areas.
• Review the quality problems in the production floor according to the trends of the metrics of each month.
• Monitor and follow up the metrics of the area (scrap, shortlist, zero defects, productivity).
• Maintain the safety conditions in the Production areas, “zero accidents”.
• Monitor the Quality of the products.
• Make improvements in the production lines.
