What do you get to do in this position?

- Administrar los recursos humanos y materiales con 60-70 personas sindicalizada a su cargo, manteniéndolos seguros y sosteniendo 5 S

- Lleva a cabo los proyectos de mejora de líneas de producción (a través de análisis causa raíz, mejora de procesos con herramientas Lean manufacturing, productividad, ergonomía, aplicación de SPS y SIM) y coordinar a empleados de áreas diversa

- Entrena a personal sindicalizado de ingreso y promueve flexibilidad y rotación

- Bachelor's degree in a field of Engineering, IE, ME, EE

- Relevant experience preferred 1-2 year

- We need you to have skills like: team work, leadership, work under pressure, analyze and solve complex troubles, good

communication abilities.

- Fluent skills in English is required

- Other desired skills: Six sigma, lean manufacturing, data analysis and digitization
