At UniTeller, we are looking for an experienced IT Security Deputy Director who is passionate about cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.

This role is critical to protecting the organization's digital assets and ensuring adherence to standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC2, and SWIFT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity programs.
• Coordinate security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain documentation of compliance controls, policies, and procedures.
• Lead internal and external audits and respond to due diligence requests.
• Identify and assess potential risks to IT infrastructure and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare risk reports and assessments for senior leadership.
• Conduct training sessions and awareness initiatives on cybersecurity and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, compliance, or risk management roles.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Internal Auditor.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
• Cloud experience with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Advanced English MANDATORY
