EPMP, leader on plastic thermoforming are looking for Engineering Manager/Project Manager for its Queretaro Plant. The position requires strong project management and communication skills.
Supervisor: Reports to the Plant Manager
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with customer engineering, he must manage production projects for new thermoformed parts, including the molding, cutting and assembly/finishing phases
- In collaboration with the maintenance team, must ensure the installation and maintenance of the facilities and equipment necessary for production
- He must work closely with the production and quality team to identify and carry out improvement projects
- Must participate in the evaluation of costs and in the production of bids
- Must provide technical assistance for any other business development project
- Must ensure good communication with customers for all their technical requirements
Required skills:
- Previous experience in Plastics Thermoforming (1 - 3 years) is a must
- Project management
- Strong knowledge in APQP Process
- ISO 9001 compliance
- High skills for teamwork
- Have a sense of organization and priorities
- Being able to adapt quickly to changes, being flexible
- Computer and data analysis skills
- Having the ability to establish good interpersonal relationships
- Bilingualism (Spanish and English or French)
- Knowledge or experience in CNC machine programming would be an asset
Education required:- BAC in Mechanical Engineering or similar
