Benteng Science and Technology is a private manufacturing company located at 57 Jinshang Road, Suzhou Industrial Park. Main objective

Responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining the company's declared processes to ensure production quality, efficiency, and productivity. This ensures that quality and safety standards and the requirements established with the company and the client (GM) are met.

 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leadership of the manufacturing and process support system.
• Strategic manufacturing planning (capacity, material flow, general layout ).
• Development and approval of critical procedures ( bypass , alarms, rapid reaction).
• Development and implementation of continuous improvement projects (TIP).
• Coordination of evaluations of welding, painting and plastic injection systems.
• Planning and execution of Run Rate , FTQ, Launch Plan.
• Implementation of escalation, containment, and Fast Response systems.
• Technical representation before audits and clients (GM SQE, IATF).
• Coaching the processes, maintenance and production team.
• Coordination of strategic KPIs such as OEE, FTQ, scrap , availability, downtime , etc.
• Management of process change procedures.
• Management of error proofing devices .

Requirements:

Minimum Education: University Degree

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience supervising personnel in production environments, preferably in plastic injection molding and painting.

Knowledge:

Advanced English

40-hour schedule: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
