Description
Auria is a leading global supplier of automotive acoustical and textile solutions. Formed in 2017 as a joint venture between Shanghai Shenda Co., Ltd., and International Automotive Components (IAC) Group, Auria is built on a 150-year transportation industry heritage.
Our product line includes highly engineered acoustical solutions for interior noise reduction, textile-based and compression-molded flooring products and other interior soft trim products, including package trays, trunk trim and wheel arch liners. Auria operates 24 manufacturing and 10 commercial, engineering and testing and tooling facilities in 10 countries and has nearly 3,900 employees worldwide.
The RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer is responsible to manage/perform RPA development initiatives which include not only the development but also the specification, testing, and deployment. The developer provides technology to satisfy the needs of stakeholders by interpreting business requirements, defining technical tasks, engineering quality software, performing end-to-end testing, as well as supporting and troubleshooting technical questions, software, and database issues.
- Subject matter expert on robotic process automation
- Supports scoping, planning, and designing end-to-end solutions, including estimations.
- Delivers high assurance code in the selected technologies of the product, including testing and deployment.
- Constructs, interprets and executes end-to-end system and program tests to verify correct operation of completed systems.
- Evaluates technologies and establishes their relevance and feasibility.
- Operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Develops technical support documentation within agreed standards.
- Assists in the assessment and selection of suitable software packages and technologies to meet all or parts of specified requirements.
- Actively looks for opportunities to shorten development times, improves skills of the team and improves cost efficiency of application development activities.
- Consults more junior developers on technical aspects of application development, controls, documentation standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in IT technical support or development experience.
- 2+ years’ experience with an RPA tool (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in English
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Experience using Office 365 products including Teams.
- Experience implementing RPA in a global enterprise, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Previous experience managing support for multiple applications and processes.
- Experience with ITIL principles.
