Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1. Respect and adhere to Integer's mission and core behaviors.
2. Adhere to all industrial safety and quality requirements.
3. Responsible for coordinating the validation plan process, as well as creating, reviewing and/or approving documentation related to changes required in your work cell (ECO, Validations, Engineering Studies, QCI, QWI, FMEA, Test Methods, etc.).
4. Coordinate quality activities related to the execution of protocols (PQ's), validation tests and special projects with their quality inspectors and/or Quality Engineers.
5. Develop and conduct experiments and/or statistical studies designed to determine sources of process variation to maintain or improve product quality.
6. Monitor and manage the quality indicators of your cell, ensuring that they are met in a timely manner (CAPAS, NCMR, Customer Complaints, RMA, etc.), in addition to providing support to achieve the indicators of your cell.
7. Propose and implement process improvements to improve quality and process indicators.
8. Conduct investigation, documentation and implementation of corrective actions to address process non-conformities and provide support to customer complaints.
9. Provide support to customer quality engineering in activities required by the customer.
10. Participate and facilitate external or internal audits.
11. Supervise the quality technicians and inspectors under their charge in the different shifts in which the area under their charge operates, in addition to coordinating their daily activities (vacations, permits, and development and training needs).
12. Provide guidance and instruct Quality Engineers to support their professional development, as well as provide technical support when required.
13. Participate and provide support in problems related to customer complaints or CAPA.
14. Perform other duties as required.
