International company seeks Infrastructure Supervisor for its corporate headquarters in Mexico City.

Requirements:

· Degree in Systems, Computing, Information Technology, or related field. With degree and license.

· Advanced English (A test will be conducted)

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure technologies (Azure Console, Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, MS Office, and Cisco Meraki), managing cloud services, with extensive knowledge of communication architectures and LAN and WAN networks, and leading remote work teams.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure the operational continuity of the company's technological infrastructure, such as servers, LAN and WAN communications networks, fixed and mobile telephony, computer support, and use of specialized software to provide support to end users.

General Functions:

· Supervision and leadership of work teams focused on corporate infrastructure and production plants.

· Administrative management with suppliers for service payments and support.

· Resolve computer network and hardware problems using support software and following established escalation guidelines to ensure that problems are resolved in a timely manner.

· Keep backup systems for servers and computer equipment up to date.

· Develop system process documentation, including architecture diagrams.

· Maintain electronic devices, computers, telephones, and printers as part of daily responsibilities.

· Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of multiple user-friendly software platforms.

· Build good customer relationships by probing, listening, and offering solutions that solve customer problems.

· Communicate and report internal customer issues within the business to educate and inform management.
