Position Purpose

To drive the organization's digital transformation through the analysis, design, and implementation of technology solutions aligned with strategic business objectives. This role acts as a key liaison between functional departments and IT teams to ensure all requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met.

Role & key Responsibilities

Needs Identification & Analysis

· Identify opportunities for technological optimization in collaboration with business areas.

· Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

Solution Evaluation

· Assess market solutions, considering technical, functional, and financial feasibility.

· Recommend the most suitable option aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Solution Implementation

· Monitor project progress alongside vendors and internal stakeholders.

· Ensure the solution is delivered within scope, time, and expected quality.

· Support end-users during testing, training, and go-live phases.

Continuous Improvement & Post-Implementation Support

· Recommend enhancements or adjustments to existing technological solutions.

· Follow up on post-implementation issues or improvement opportunities.

· Document key learnings and best practices for future projects.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. / Preferred: Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, MBA, or equivalent

Experience:

6+ years in business analysis, software implementation, or IT project management roles.

Knowledge:

· Digital transformation and change management

· Project management methodologies (Agile/SCRUM)

· ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms

· Oracle, Power BI, Data Warehouse Management (ODI)

· Emerging technologies (AI, etc.)

· Technology adoption with end-users
