Position Title: Infrastructure and Support Coordinator

Report to: IT Senior Regional Manager.

We are hiring an Infrastructure and Support Coordinator, to lead the IT support operation and network infrastructure of the company providing 1-3 level support and coordinating 7 supports specialist.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of an organization's IT infrastructure. This includes managing teams, ensuring the stability and security of systems, and implementing projects to support business needs.

2. Primary support for company and 7 subsidiaries site.

3. To monitor all IT incidents and service requests.

4. Strong knowledge of infrastructure, printer, computers, network, troubleshooting, security.

5. Experience in Cisco Meraki.

6. Certifications: CCNA.

7. Extensive knowledge in SD-WAN, and complex networks.

8. knowledge of security: Example ISO 27001 (standard), best security practices, PCI compliance, federal compliance.

9. Previous experience in ticketing systems such as (zoho helpdesk, autodesk.)

10. Extensive knowledge in ITIL Service Management, Incident Management and Infrastructure Management.

11. Extensive experience in Azure Entra ID (Groups, policies, federation of services, etc, general administration).

12. Asset management, VoIP (telephony SIP), inventory, purchase requisitions for the IT department.

13. Security administration for network infrastructure.

14. Desired knowledge of security tools such as Crowdstrike, Checkpoint, IronScale (

16. Server Administration supports Azure cloud.

17. Constantly participate in the core IT solutions meetings.

18. Evaluate and perform recommendations regarding IT purchases and solutions.

19. Experience in Project Management (PMP desired). Provide project management, coordination, or participation in project implementations of client/desktop/systems/applications and infrastructure.

20. Serve as escalation for business IT related problems or inquiries.
