We are looking for a skilled IT Engineer - ICT to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure and applications within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) domain. Your primary focus will be ensuring the availability, performance, and security of servers, storage, and other IT systems to meet the operational needs of the business.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain and Support ICT Infrastructure: Manage servers, storage, and virtual environments to ensure continuous operation and performance.
• Install, Configure, and Upgrade Hardware/Software: Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades for both hardware and software components.
• Monitor and Troubleshoot Incidents: Monitor and troubleshoot incidents related to servers, databases, and IT services, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to implement new ICT solutions and integrate cutting-edge technologies.
• Routine Maintenance and Backups: Perform regular maintenance tasks, including backups and disaster recovery testing, to safeguard systems and data.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain operational documentation and ensure that ICT practices adhere to policies and industry best practices.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proficiency in English is required
• Certifications:
• HPE: HPE Master ASE
• Dell EMC: Dell Technologies Certified Expert - Storage Administrator, Dell Technologies Certified Expert – PowerMax and VMAX All Flash Solutions, Dell EMC Certified Expert – Implementation Engineer, Isilon Solutions
• EMCTA/EMCTA Storage Architect
• Huawei: HCIE-Storage
• Virtualization Experience: Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM, within data center environments.
• Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Incident Troubleshooting: Ability to efficiently troubleshoot hardware and software issues, minimizing downtime.
