Compliance Officer

Objective

Advice and assist in ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Functions

Provide ongoing support and maintain anti-money laundering policies and procedures. General communication and processes assistance with local entities such as clients, providers and regulating authorities. Conduct periodic reviews of policy adherence, attend risk assessment visits and oversee Know Your Client due diligence procedures. Document verification to company guidelines and record keeping.
