As a Regional Marketing Coordinator, you will be in charge of the success of our brands in the region. You will help develop marketing strategies that achieve brand growth, aligning these strategies with sales goals and ensuring implementation. You will report to Trade Marketing Sub Director
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the execution of marketing strategies that achieve brand growth in the region.
- Work with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals, ensuring execution.
- Maintain relationships with our client portfolio, ensuring their support and commitment to our brands.
- Help manage advertising investments in designated locations, ensuring Return on investment aligned with marketing goals.
- Help manage the product and service portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Develop strategies to grow the market share of our brands, analyzing trends, competitors, and market needs.
- Ensure coordination of marketing materials across regional stores.
- Oversee the use of the advertising fund, ensuring efficient and goal-aligned use.
- Encourage and motivate the regional marketing team to achieve established goals.
- Work with other departments, such as sales, product, and finance, to guarantee an integrated and aligned strategy.
- Conduct monthly monitoring of market share, sales, profitability, brand recognition, perception, and advertising campaign Return on investment.
- Analyze sales, market, and consumer data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Deliver reports on marketing strategy performance and Return on investment to management and other relevant departments.
Qualifications
- 3 years of background in marketing and brand strategy.
- Expertise in creating and building marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and market research.
- Leadership and Team Management Skills
- Competence in analyzing market data to lead informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel to support regional projects.
