What we're looking for:

• Active university student (4th semester onwards)
• Advanced English proficiency

What you'll do:

• Support the Corporate Recruiter in sourcing and selecting candidates for various positions
• Track candidates through the internal company system (Paylocity), guiding them through the recruitment process and leveraging system tools for efficient practices
• Review resumes from various recruitment platforms for internship roles, union personnel, and office staff
• Evaluate each candidate's resume/application based on the required skills and job profile
• Strong organizational skills and a natural sense of urgency
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities

What we offer:

• $10,500 MXN per month plus $540 MXN for transportation
• Internship agreement with your university
• Company-provided transportation in the Apodaca area

• Monday to Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
