Junior Production Leader // Recent Graduate

Education: Industrial Engineering or similar degree required

Experience: 6 months of internship

Requirements:

• Advanced/conversational English.
• Availability to work 3 shifts
• Recent graduate.
• University degree required.
• availability to get to the workplace by their own means

Position Objective: Ensure production, manufacturing, and evacuation processes to production lines, ensuring the safety of personnel, materials, and equipment.

Ensure compliance with procedures to prevent accidents and quality errors, and meet operational objectives in a timely manner.

Main Activities:

• Monitor safety and hygiene conditions
• Lead the daily shift start meeting

9. Schedule: Workdays: Monday to Sunday, 3 rotating shifts:

• 1st shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• 2nd shift: 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• 3rd shift: 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
