We're looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Assistant to join our team at our Flow Control facility in Monterrey. This role will play a key part in supporting material planning, supplier follow-up, and inventory accuracy to ensure on-time availability of materials to meet customer and production needs.
What You'll Do:
Ensure timely material availability by tracking and expediting purchase orders (external, intercompany, and packaging).
Run MRP and analyze material coverage, inventory levels, and lead times.
Communicate delays and update systems with revised delivery information.
Support NPI (New Product Introduction) material readiness and follow-up.
Collaborate daily with Planning, Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics, and Customs.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in materials planning or purchasing in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, JDE) and Excel (advanced level).
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong skills in inventory management, supplier relationships, and root cause analysis (5W, 8D).
