• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections or sales (call center or in-person roles).
• Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Language: Intermediate English proficiency (preferred, but not required).
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital platforms or CRM software.
• Work Arrangement: Ability to work on-site, Monday through Friday.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct collection calls to clients of external companies located in the U.S.
• Accurately record and update case information within our system.
• Proactively follow up on payment agreements and provide excellent service by resolving client inquiries.
• Meet and exceed established performance metrics for quality, effectiveness, and recovery rates.
