Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Product Engineer located in Aguascalientes Campus.

Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, this role involves responsibilities for develop and apply manufacturing process for ensure the operations and the quality, reducing the times with low cost.

What a typical day looks like:

• BOM's management and implementation.
• Engineering change management and implementation.
• Definition of manufacturing process routes.
• Technical support to CFTs (customer work teams).
• Management and control of drawings and product specifications.
• Management of work meetings.
• Production support by evaluating product engineering problems of various scope that arise in the production line.
• Interacting with the customer and various departments on product related issues: engineering changes, development of new models.
• Suggest modifications to work instructions, material, or product changes to ensure superior product quality.
• Participate in cost reduction activities in areas such as material, inventory, and waste reduction.
• Provide training to depuration technicians and develop better product knowledge.
• Technical support in establishing variables to control, optimize and evaluate metalworking processes and operations.
• Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Manufacturing or product process experience, student experience in a company.
• Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
• Experience in product lifecycle systems (Agile)
• Experience in MRP system (SAP, BAAN) desirable.
