German automotive company is looking for :IME Specialist Sequence.

?Job Requirement

• Education - Completed studies as a mechanical engineer/industrial engineer in the field of general, mechanical engineering/process engineering or equivalent level of education
• 5 years of experience in engineering / manufacturing / production / in relevant industry and field of application (plastic/metal/automation/digitization)
• PC knowledge – Solid knowledge of software tools, especially MS Office, CAD software (preferable Solid Works, Creo) and PLM (preferable Windchill). Knowledge of FMEA software desirable (APIS)
• Knowledge in the analysis (six sigma and MTM knowledge required) of manufacturing processes and their technological and economic consideration
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of quality tools (5-Why, APQP, 8-d Report)
• Read / interpret a Drawing (including GD&T)
• Understanding of Norma and Customer Product Technical Requirements / Specifications
• Understanding of ME Global Standards, Manufacturing Specifications, Business Processes, Equipment Standards and Design Guidelines
• Understanding of the Work Breakdown structure in RFQ Express - PLC B and Planview - PLC A and PLC C-E (what roles are assigned within the WBS within PLC)
• Trouble shooting skills (PSP, Yellow Belt at a minimum, Green Belt preferable)
• Base knowledge of D365 Routing, creation of routes and details within the route
• NSTM knowledge - advanced knowledge in work measurement, time study and line balancing.
• Expert knowledge in utilization of AVIX.
• Advanced knowledge in measuring techniques and capabilities. Ability to select suitable measurement method as required by the product dimensioning
• Understanding of IATF requirements related to manufacturing process
• Design and simulation: ability to design and simulate manufacturability and process reliability
• Understanding of quality control and assurance, control plans to ensure high standards
• Understanding of project management to accompany projects from the idea to series production (min Level 1 PM)
• Understanding of NPS (NORMA Production System)
• Understand manufacturing process environmental impact (e.g. CO2)

Standard competences for all Roles

• Materials knowledge of Thermoplastics (focus on existing materials, PA, PP, PE…)
• Product Knowledge and applications of the products within Norma Plastics product portfolio (understanding of the product and key characteristics)
• Knowledge of MES and how it works

Sequence Specialist Specialists

• Basic knowledge of All Key Mfg Process in Plastics (Extrusion, Injection, Thermoforming, Welding/Testing, QC Assembly
• Process planning and optimization: Ability to design, plan, calculate, analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Data analysis: Competencies in analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks
• and develop
• Ability to identify complex problems and find creative solutions by using common problem solving methods and techniques
• Ability to plan, organize, and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate effectively with other departments and professionals to achieve common goals
• Ability to document and present results clearly and concisely
