We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Back-Office Support specialist to join our team. You will support the department by managing client communications and ensuring timely policy-related follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused. ?? Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via text and email in both Spanish and English regarding pending documents or actions needed on their policies.
Monitor and respond to incoming client requests for policy endorsements.
Issue Certificates of Insurance upon request.
Perform accurate data entry and ensure documentation is properly maintained in the management system.
Coordinate with carriers regarding cancellation notices and underwriting requirements; communicate those needs promptly to clients.
Stay organized and responsive to time-sensitive agency requests.
Provide excellent service with a client-focused attitude.
Proactively follow up with commercial accounts nearing renewal.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to update contact details and risk information.
When renewal rates increase substantially, update all relevant policy information and ACORD forms.
Prepare accounts so that commercial producers can efficiently manage and re-market policies.
Requirements
Bilingual in Spanish and English (written communication).
Previous experience in the insurance industry is required.
Experience with EZLynx or similar insurance management software.
Familiarity with Podium or similar client communication tools (e.g., texting platforms for business).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to time-sensitive requests.
