Role Overview:

Greysteel is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled AI & Technology Project Manager to lead the planning, deployment and continuous improvement of AI-Driven and software-based solutions across the organization. This hybrid role combines strategic project management, stakeholder engagement, QA Oerdight, and hand on AI implementation to drive operational efficiency, and innovation. The successful candidate will partner with internal teams- including Marketing, Research, Technology, and Advisors- to translate business needs into scalable, high-impact tools, while ensuring quality, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Implementation Management

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI and software initiatives based on business value and feasibility.
• Manage sprint boards and project timelines JIRA, Azure, or similar tools.
• Serve as project manager for AI pilots and software deployments, facilitating cross-functional coordination.
• Define and manage project backlogs, roadmaps milestones, and task dependencies.
• Ensure training, documentation, and change management protocols are in place to support adoption.

Stakeholder Engagement & Workflow Optimization

• Partner with internal departments and advisors to gather requirements and asses workflows.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, technical specs and acceptance criteria.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives and demos.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and ensure stakeholder alignment on goals and deliverables.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and execute test plans for functional, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identify, track and resolve bugs or performance issues in collaboration with developers.
• Monitor implemented tools and collect feedback to inform enhancement cycles.
• Contribute to test automation strategies and QA process improvement.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Create and maintain internal documentation including SOPs, technical specifications, user guides and release notes.
• Enforce consistent documentation practices and manage a shared Knowledge base.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Define success metrics (e.g. time savings, productivity gains, adoption rates) for all implementations.
• Build dashboards and reports to communicate progress and impact to leadership.
• Standardize and document repeatable workflows for future AI or tech projects.

Qualifications:

Required

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, AI/digital transformation, or process automation.
• Experience in QA testing and software development workflows.
• Familiarity with CRMs (salesforce, Hubspot), SaaS tools and workflow automation platforms.
• Strong and understanding of Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure)
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• String organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with AI tools( OpenAi, Copilot, Google Vertex, Azure, Amazon bedrock, etc)
• Familiarity with version control (git), REST, APIs and at least one scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript)
• Exposure to full-stack web frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Experience with test automation tools & QA frameworks.
