PLC & HMI (Allen Bradley) Programing, perform logic code modifications to collect data.

Evaluating new tools and technologies

Participate on deployment of Digitalization Dashboards into Ignition/Nexus platform to visualize Metrics defined by the organization leads, those metrics could be and no limit to calculate and display OEE, Availability, Performance, Quality, Downtime, Yield, day by the hour, open actions tracks, etc.
Validate data displayed into Visual Factory Dashboards
Follow up and schedule digitalization deployments
Establish and maintain efficient links of communication with all segments of the business.
Support and participate on implementation and deployment of the the HOS philosophy and tools, adapting them to our normal work methods (5's, control visual, TPM, rapid problem solving etc.)
Education
Mechatronic/ Automation (Student or recent graduate in 2023)

Work Experience :
-Basic Knowledge of : PLC, HMI, OPC, Ignition, Scada System, Big Data, IoT devices,Lab View (NI) .
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills,
- Basic electrical and pneumatic knowledge,
- Understanding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc,
