delinquency levels.

Job Description:

? Make outbound calls on repossessed accounts

? Receive inbound redemption calls

? Arrange suitable payment solutions with past-due customers

? Identify accounts requiring management review

? Provide exceptional customer service

? Maintain departmental performance standards

? Adhere to company policies and procedures

Candidate Profile:

? High school diploma or equivalent

? Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

? Excellent customer service and communication skills

? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

? Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
