Job Objective:
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide customer assistance through multiple channels (phone, chat, email), ensuring excellent service and effective problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver technical support and follow up on customer inquiries.
Document interactions in the ticketing system and prepare weekly reports.
Coordinate installations and manage quotes with providers.
Track equipment deliveries and keep related documentation updated.
Collaborate with vendors for updates and configurations.
Train new employees and clients on products and processes.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation.
Provide basic camera setup and technical support.
Use intermediate Excel skills, with a willingness to learn advanced tools like pivot tables and macros.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic technical knowledge with eagerness to learn.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
M – F 8:00 – 17:00
