We are currently seeking an "O2C Analyst" to join a 6 month project within a highly recognized Entertainment Company in Mexico. (High potential for later hire by the company)

What are we looking for?

O2C Analyst who will be responsible for operational activities related to Collection for clients in Latin America.

Candidates must have 3-5 years experience with collection and deep understanding of the O2C process.

Immediate availability, as the candidate is expected to start ending June.

An advanced level of English is required for user interaction across multiple locations in Latin America; therefore, the candidate must already have this experience.

Main Duties

a) Collection, cash application and reconciliation, clients' follow up and attention, past-due payments control, understanding of adjustments in payments like WHT, Forex impact, create AR aging reports ad-hoc and reporting meanfull insights. Management of large databases

b) Microsoft Excel

c) Proficient in SAP

d) Analytical Skills

e) Business English
