Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision

• Create reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree completed
• Prior experience as a clinical practitioner or allied healthcare professional
• Basic understanding of healthcare delivery systems
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent research and data interpretation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Prior exposure to BPO industry environments is a plus
