Principal Smartsheet Architect & Integration Specialist

Architect and implement enterprise solutions using Smartsheet, integrating data from Tableau, Data Lake and other sources to automate processes and improve operational visibility.

• This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining Smartsheet templates, workflows, and dashboards to help our organization streamline processes, improve efficiency, monetize products, and increase productivity.
• Continuously monitor and optimize Smartsheet solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide technical support to end-users for Smartsheet-related issues.
• This is a Smartsheet Developer role that involves conducting the analysis, design, programming, evaluation, testing and implementation of a complete Smartsheet solution for Project Tracking and Resource Management
• The Smartsheet Developer works closely with key business stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical reporting solutions and business recommendations for current and future business needs.
• Configure/develop solutions in Smartsheets
• Partner with process owners to identify and define requirements and deliver solutions that exceed user expectations.
• Support the project management team with creation of Smartsheet solutions.

Requirements:

. Bachelor as IT Systems engineer, develop IT, etc.

• 5+ years of Smartsheet development in a technical/enterprise setting with complex stakeholder environments.
• Certified in Smartsheet Core Product, Solution Architect, or System Administrator tracks.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end solution architecture, including: Control Center
• DataMesh, Dynamic View, WorkApps, Pivot Reports, Bridge integrations.
• Proven experience ingesting Tableau-generated datasets and transforming them for operational use in Smartsheet.
• Strong knowledge of Excel-based pivoting, data normalization, and lookup modeling inside Smartsheet.
• Hands-on experience integrating Smartsheet with cloud storage systems, REST APIs, or middleware (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.).
• Proficiency in documenting Functional Design Specs (FDS) and Technical Design Specs (TDS).
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work across distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
