Leading international provider of B2B services company is looking for its HR Shared Services Lead to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, aligning with the organization's strategic goals and operational excellence standards.

Description

Oversee all payroll processing activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payment.

Provide comprehensive support pre and post payroll run, including resolving all payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.

Manage and utilize ticket systems to track, prioritize, and resolve HR service requests efficiently.

Oversee the management and maintenance of HRIS, to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.

Develop and maintain HR data reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking.

Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.

Ensure management of payroll records -personal information and payroll history-.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluent in English and in French (mandatory)
- Deep knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including payroll and benefits management for USA.
- Prior experience implementing HR SSC / GBS.
- Experience with ticket management systems and HRIS.
- Analytical skills.
