Position Summary
The Qual Project Coordinator is responsible for successfully scheduling and communicating with healthcare professionals for pharmaceutical qualitative market research interviews. And, supporting the team in related areas for successful qualitative market research interview completion.
Key Responsibilities
Active involvement in project set-up and briefing with internal team on study specific details
Scheduling healthcare professionals for market research interviews using a combination of an online calendar system, email, phone, and text message
Following up with healthcare professionals as needed for reminders, rescreening, pre-calls, and list calling
Conducting research by googling and providing that information to the internal team via google sheets and/or email
Setup and technology support during market research interviews with Zoom, Google Meet or other platforms
Providing feedback on technical issues or language/communication issues that occur during calls
Providing recordings of interviews to the project team
Key Skills, Knowledge & Professional Education
Bachelor's degree in English, writing, marketing, administration, communication, social science, psychology or a related field preferred
Experience in project coordination, administrative assistance, qualitative research, market research, phone recruitment, or related areas preferred
Communication skills
Excellent Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
Ability to communicate with internal project team by phone, email, and/or chat to determine timeline, specific needs of each project, providing daily feedback, and recommendations on project processes
Ability to communicate and schedule/reschedule/cancel doctors, nurses, and other health professionals by phone, email, and text message
Ability to effectively use positive and appropriate grammar and tone including but not limited to rescreening, reminder calls, pre-calls, dialing through a list
Highly detail oriented, ability to send individualized links (without error) to healthcare professionals, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively
True team player
Ability to work under pressure and shift focus when project specifications change
Technical Skills
Working knowledge of Google Suite of products including: Gmail, Google Sheets, and Calendar
Ability to master new technologies/software including but not limited to GoToMeeting, Zoom, and Calendly and provide feedback/recommendations on use of technology
Setup new calendar in the system for each project, coordinating shared schedules when appropriate
Updating moderator google grids when interview schedules
In Gmail, ability to learn how to set up “forwarding and imap features” and templates
Ability to use phone based app for scheduling including texting
Ability to follow up with healthcare professionals to collect pre-work and signed consent forms
Provide technical support to healthcare professionals before and during calls and provide feedback to internal team on technical issues or language/communication issues that occur during a call
Proficient in basic math skills to determine quotas
