We are looking for a Payroll Supervisor, who will oversee the operational activities of the team to generate accurate and timely payroll processing for North America.

What will your day-to-day work be like?

• Manage the complete payroll processing cycle and efficiently handle disruptions.
• Review, balance, and reconcile in preparation for payroll approval.
• Approve outgoing funding and bank transfers.
• Monitor metrics on key performance indicators and address gaps as needed.
• Ensure successful processing of quarterly/annual and scheduled compensation cycles.

What do you need to join us?

• Professional in Accounting or Finance (titulado con cédula)
• 3 years of experience in payroll
• 2 years supervising
• Knowledge of payroll processing and time control systems
• Advanced English
• Advanced Excel

*This is a hybrid position, however the first 3 months of training will be onsite. Offices are located by el Obispado.
