We are looking for an OTC Shared Service Center Manager, who will help us lead the accounts receivables team and play a key role for the annual cash goals.

What will your day-to-day work be like?

• Supervision of the OTC team
• Improve the cash collection forecast process
• Supports all SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) compliance requirements, and defines/redefines controls and processes to maintain best practices
• Manage order entry, invoicing, handling disputes, and ensuring timely payments.

What do you need to join us?

• Professional in Accounting or Finance (titulado con cédula)
• 5+ years of experience
• Experience in a SSC (Shared Service Center)
• Advanced English
• SAP experience
• Advanced Excel
• Team management experience

*This is a hybrid position, however the first 3 months of training will be onsite. Offices are located by el Obispado.
