At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Business Operations Analyst focused on Audits & Inventory Reconciliations for our new offices in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Receive information regarding inventory from a business partner and review for discrepancies.
• Virtual inventory reconciliations.
• Inventory adjustments on system for end customer.
• Accurate system maintenance.
• Request extra information for further clarification.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year of experience doing conciliation/inventories/audits.
• Microsoft Office skills - High proficiency on Excel
• Fluent in English.
• Analytic, detail oriented and ability to multi-task and work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid: 1 week in office, 1 week 1 day in office/4 days from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$24,216.67 - $29,333.33 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
