STAND 8 is hiring Associate Recruiters and Technical Recruiters to join our growing offices in Mexico! You will work on a collaborative Recruiting team with associates from across the Globe to fill technical positions for enterprise organizations in the USA without dealing with 3rd party companies!
STAND 8 is headquartered in Los Angeles with offices across the US and Mexico. We work with a variety of industries and enterprise Clients solving business problems through People, Process, and Technology.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, a fast learner, and driven to succeed by identifying and placing IT talent utilizing a number of tools and resources provided.
DUTIES
Is a brand representative for STAND 8
Maintains a thorough understanding and knowledge of STAND 8 processes, industry standards, and client base
Source and outreach hundreds of active and passive candidates daily from the US, cold call and coordinate interviews, prescreen and qualify to determine a fit for positions, and support through the entire candidate lifecycle through offer and onboarding!
Develops strong relationships with candidates' and understands their career goals and placement opportunities
Identifies and connects with top IT talent through existing networks, continued new networks, referrals, and word of mouth
Maintains accurate and detailed information and provides best in class customer service for all candidates and clients
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Excellent English communication and skills in negotiation and sales
Comfort in using or learning social media, Boolean Searching, Job Boards, LinkedIn, and other creative outreach hiring strategies
Ability to analyze job description and candidate profiles to determine an appropriate match
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships
Excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and passionate
Ability to meet and exceed daily and weekly goals including candidate outreach, prescreens, and submissions
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred advantage with 1-5 years of Recruiting or Sales outreach in the US
