General Objective:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for new hire orientation, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Psicology or Business Administration, Human Resources, or related area

· Advance English Level

· At least 2 years of experience working in Human Resources in BPO companies.

· Solid experience dealing with Mexican law

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

· Ensuring optimal incorporation of employees into the company

· Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.

· Assist with pre payroll and benefits administration.

· Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities from all employees.
