?JOB SUMMARY

The Account Payable is responsible for participating in the technical aspects of the process of accounts SSC. The accounts payable analyst assesses and applies invoices for acquisition orders, payments for electronic objects and manages check requests manually within a department or in the whole company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Review and verify of invoices in the ERP system (TAC), as well as manage holds and deletes

·Vouchering of PO and non PO invoices using TAP for multiple companies

·Research, resolve and communicate any discrepancies or outstanding balances on vendor accounts, including telephone, mail or email correspondence.

·Collection of supplier statements for ongoing project of review and clearing outstanding checks.

•Perform any other related duties and assignments as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

•Minimum 3 years in Accountant area, (Share Services is a plus)

•Ability to working in a high volume and inventory-intensive environment.

•An understanding of a three way matching system (purchase order, receiving and packing list) is required.

•Experience in Software a plus.

•Excel skills

•Excellent communication skills, verbally and written (English).

•Strong organizational, analytical and account reconciliation skills.

· Ability to work with vendors and employees at all levels of the organization promptly and professionally.

•Ability to work well in a team environment.

•Ability to gather facts, analyze problems in depth and break down into components.

•Organized with strong sense of priority and commitment to deadlines.
