Main responsibilities are:
TRANSFORMATION
Supports the implementation/refining of People Services and Solutions organization in Mexico.
Tasks include mapping, scope analysis, desktop procedures, roles transition, and recruitment for new positions.
Crucial role in configuring new systems and tools like Workday and HR Service Now.
Ensures PS&S organization is fully equipped and ready for the new environment.
Responsible for stabilizing the new organizational set-up and Workday usage in Mexico.
SERVICE DELIVERY
Accountable for excellent customer-oriented services and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Also adopts a partnering approach to business needs.
Continuous performance management and implementation of corrective actions.
Ensures policies, guidelines, and processes support service delivery objectives.
Drives process excellence through internal and external analysis.
SERVICE RELATIONSHIP
Establishes and maintains key client relationships at the country level.
Coordinates service performance reviews with internal clients.
Responsible for customer satisfaction measurement processes.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Effective communication at all organizational levels.
Builds and develops a high-performing PS&S Team.
Drives individuals through significant change processes.
Ensures compliance with facility, time attendance, and legal requirements.
Contributes to PS&S forecasts, plans, and budgets.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & QUALITY ASSURANCE
Ensures Team CI targets and objectives are met.
Promotes continuous improvement and focuses on quality and compliance.
Identifies and supports the implementation of improvement opportunities.
KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
Ensures consistent documentation, storage, and updating of all processes and procedures.
Integrates a knowledge management mentality into PS&S.
Perfil buscado
Candidate's profile:
Min 2 years' leadership expertise on autonomous positions requiring service delivery in area of People Data, Time and attendance and in-house Payroll in multinational company (production environment will be a plus)
University/Business School or equivalent
Very good understanding of entire Employee Lifecycle processes for white and blue collars environment
Experience in execution of payroll processes (in-house and/or outsourced payroll model)
Knowledge of labor law, social security, and social law for Mexico
Expertise in application of various HR tools (Case Management, HR Portals, Chatbot, Knowledge Management tools, Digital signature tools, E-archiving tools)
Knowledge of Workday or equivalent tools
Knowledge of Payroll System (TRESS) will be a plus.
