Job Responsibilities:

• Planning/defining the operation mode of each process of the new product
• Responsible for updating the initial setup/trial production phase in the SAP and SFC systems for the new product
• Planning/calculating the production manpower allocation for new products
• Analyzing and reporting the factory's production capacity related to new products
• Monitoring working hours during trial production
• Collecting and writing SOP information during trial production
• Proposing and implementing improvements in new product production efficiency
• Proposing improvements to production line balance
