Job Summary:

We are seeking a Software Engineer I with strong technical and communication skills to join our development team. This role is ideal for professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience who are ready to take on complex tasks, contribute to both front-end and back-end development, and support junior team members. Candidates should be comfortable conducting deep technical investigations and working across a variety of technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical teams to finalize requirements and translate them into scalable software designs.
• Write and review detailed specifications for complex system components.
• Complete advanced bug fixes and resolve technical issues independently.
• Contribute to both front-end and back-end development, with a preference for strong back-end capabilities.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, providing guidance on development methodologies and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them where appropriate.
• Operate effectively in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid development environments.
• Design and manage complex data models and storage systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in development languages such as Java/J2EE, .NET (C#), JavaScript, SQL, and familiarity with HTML, XML, and C/C++.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
• Familiarity with test-driven development and code optimization techniques.
• Ability to work independently and interface effectively with internal and external technical teams.
• Strong research, problem-solving, and communication skills.
