ModSquad has struck a chord with one of the world's most beloved music streaming platforms, and we're searching for friendly, tech-savvy Customer Support rockstars to join our remote dream team.
For this gig, we're looking for empathetic problem-solvers who are ready to tune into the needs of customers and deliver an experience that hits all the right notes.
Your Role on the Setlist: You'll be the go-to guide for music lovers around the globe - resolving issues, answering questions, and keeping the rhythm going via inbound chat messages in both Spanish and English. Whether it's helping someone find their next favorite artist or fixing a glitch in their groove, you'll be at the heart of their listening experience.
Orientation & Production Hours (All in Pacific Time):
Orientation:
8 weeks, 40 hours/week
Phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM - 1 PM
Phase 2: 4 weeks, schedule-your-own adventure (during production hours)
Production Hours:
Daily: Midnight - 8 AM & Noon - Midnight

Project Commitments:
25 hours/week
At least 12 hours over the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
180 days (as needed)
Who You Are:
You're not just here to answer questions - you're here to create moments.
You're passionate about personalized, top-tier customer experiences
You're cool under pressure and can juggle 3-5 customer chats like a pro
You've done inbound chat support before and loved it
You're fluent in Spanish and English
Your Tech Backstage Pass:
A laptop or desktop running Windows 10+
A webcam or smartphone camera
Willingness to install ModSquad's security software and 2FA app
Reliable internet (25 Mbps or faster)
8 GB RAM minimum
Dual monitors? Highly recommended for that sweet multitasking flow
Language Assessments: Qualified candidates will be required to complete language assessments in both Spanish and English to ensure fluency.
Please note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
