Job Description: Jr. Process Engineer

Skill Requirements:

1. Industrial Engineering, manufacturing, or related field: At least one year of prior work experience in similar areas is required.
2. Design Software: Knowledge of CAD, Pro E, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
3. Microsoft Office Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. English Proficiency: Good written and spoken English skills to handle technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

1. Translate process documents: Translate process documents from Chinese to Spanish using CAD software. After training, the engineer should be able to independently prepare process drawings.
2. Translate technical documents: Translate technical documents such as CP (Control Plan), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), flowcharts, and other documents between Chinese/English and Spanish/English. After training, the engineer should be able to independently prepare these documents.
3. Create work instructions: Develop work instructions, visual aids, fixture usage records, and other supporting documents.
4. Fixture design: Responsible for designing fixture drawings necessary for the production process.
5. BOM and process routing in SAP: Work on setting up the Bill of Materials (BOM) and process routes in the SAP system, as well as maintaining basic material information to support the smooth running of the production system. Training will be provided.
6. Document management: Record, classify, store, and manage IMMX-SM product drawings, process drawings, work instructions, and other related documents. Ensure proper retrieval and borrowing when needed.
7. Provide technical support: Offer technical support to the production team and assist with other tasks assigned by team leaders.
