Description:
The Project Engineer, manage and supervise the technical aspects of the execution of electrical projects to ensure that they are completed efficiently, within budget and on time. This role involves working closely with different teams, managing resources, resolving technical issues and ensuring that all aspects of the project meet established specifications and regulations, quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- English speaking interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum experience of 2 years Project Management area.
- English – 80%
- Knowledge of digital tools (desired to know Vista and Revu).
- Knowledge managing project management software and tools.
- Experience in reading and reviewing plans.

Activities to do.
- Plan, schedule and anticipate technical difficulties that may arise during the project.
- Ensure the project is high quality from start to finish.
- Provide adequate resources to the project to ensure its viability.
- Establish key performance indicators and objectives with the project team.
- Present reports on project status to executives
- Review project plans, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
- Prepare and present project status reports to interested parties.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards and company policies.
Position Details:
- Hiring: Full Time.
- Schedule: 9:00 am to 18:00 pm.
- Workspace: In-person
- Work place: Av. López Mateos N. 507, Circunvalación Vallarta Guadalajara.
- Immediate start date.
- Salary range: Depending on the candidate's skills and knowledge.
