ACTIVE VACANCY | Planner – Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)

• Location: Santa Cruz de las Flores, Jalisco – Avant Industrial Park
• Modality: On-site
• Contract: Fixed-term (possibility of permanent after 6 months)
• Salary: $30,000 to $32,000 MXN gross monthly
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.

?Role Objective

Manage material planning and production scheduling to meet customer requirements in terms of time, quality, and delivery within the electronic manufacturing services (EMS) sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Material planning and production follow-up
• Inventory management and cost control
• Receiving and analyzing forecasts or purchase orders
• Direct client communication for requirement follow-up
• Report generation and data analysis
• Compliance with quality standards (preferably IATF 16949)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in material or demand planning in the EMS sector
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP (SAP or others), and Office 365
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Desirable experience in companies such as Jabil, Flex, Sanmina, USI, Plexus
