Description

• Oversee plant costing (standard vs actual), scrap, and variance analysis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX/OPEX control

• Prepare financial reports under IFRS standards

• Ensure compliance with tax, IMSS, and audit requirements

• Work closely with operations on process improvements and cost optimization

• Report locally to the Plant Manager and functionally to Finance Director in Asia

• Lead a small finance team and coordinate with cross-functional areas

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or certification is a plus)

• 6+ years leading finance and accounting teams in electronic manufacturing companies.

• Advanced Excel and experience with SAP.

• Strong leadership, data analysis, and process improvement skills

• Advanced English
