Activities and Responsibilities:
Generate and monitor improvement activities
Map and modify warehouse and transportation processes
Seek systemic improvements
Train and evaluate operational staff
Monitor incidents by customer delivery stage
Incident resolution with related parties (Call Center, OBL)
Complete stage tracking (Return, GR, Inspection)
Carrier platform audit (First Leg, Last Mile)
VOC collection by customer
Acquisition of new carriers, assistance with bidding and contracts
Process Mapping and Analysis: Design/redesign of processes for O2O logistics operations, encompassing customer satisfaction, collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver the best customer experience, including the proper configuration of logistics operational capacity, achieving service levels, customer communication, and order tracking.
Development of guidelines and templates to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of warehouse and transportation operations.

Advanced Excel
Advanced English - Fluent conversational
Availability to travel to Cuautitlán Izcalli and Polanco
Experience in e-commerce operation, covering logistic network desing, transportation (first, mid, las mile), carrier estrategy and operation performance management.
