Are you a people-focused consultant with solid experience in headhunting and client advisory? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team and help leading companies find the specialized talent they need, especially in specific sectors like IT or others where you have expertise or are recognized as a specialist.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide customized headhunting solutions
• Manage full-cycle search and selection processes for specialized candidates, including sourcing, evaluation, and interviews
• Prepare professional service proposals and quotes for clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Apply commercial strategies to grow accounts and generate new business opportunities
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent delivery and experience for both clients and candidates
• Availability to visit clients in person when required

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Headhunting or Talent Acquisition Consultant, preferably with specialization in sectors such as IT, engineering, finance, etc.
• Preferably prior experience working at headhunting firms
• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong commercial skills and experience in direct client interaction
• Ability to prepare quotations and service proposals
• Deep knowledge of the search, recruitment, and evaluation process for specialized candidates
• Desirable: active client portfolio and experience in business development or sales techniques
• Availability to visit clients in person when required
